Return and Refund Policy.

Customer Satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. That is why we provide the solution in the best interest of our customers. 
Regarding Dine-In & Online Orders: 

Please note: Preparation of your order can begin immediately after your order has been confirmed. You can place a cancellation of the order within 15 mins of placing the order, however, we cannot accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed with the restaurant.
 
However, you shall be entitled to a refund only if you pre-pay for your order at the time of placing your order on our website or third-party platform and only in the event of any of the following circumstances:
a)you receive a tampered or damaged  order packaging at the time of delivery;
b) In case we initiate a cancellation of your order due to :
(i) your delivery location following outside our designated delivery zones;
(ii) failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking; or
iii) due to unavailability of the items or ingredients used for the items you ordered at the time of booking.

Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
All refund amounts shall be credited to your account within 5-7 business days in accordance with the terms that may be stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit/debit card.
